Introduction to Parkour Workshop

Scottish Parliament (outdoors)

Rediscover the city and yourself with this introduction to parkour. Qualified coaches from Access Parkour will empower you to move safely and confidently through your environment in new ways, and with fresh eyes. As mixed ability training is a hallmark of parkour, no particular age, fitness level or prior experience is required to take part – our coaches will help you find the level of challenge that’s right for you.

This free workshop is a space for LGBTIQ+ adults (aged 16+) to try out parkour, and will be led by LGBTIQ+ coaches. We welcome participation from people who are disabled, D/deaf, chronically ill and neurodivergent. If you’d like more information or want to talk to us in advance about any adjustments, our team of coaches are always happy to chat.
