Tartan Touch Rugby Session (Pride theme on 27/6)

Papa Johns Tartan Touch is Scottish Rugby’s Fun, Simple and Social version of non-contact rugby. This year Musselburgh RFC are running their sessions for the very first time!

Running between May and July, Tartan Touch is designed to provide a simplified version of rugby with the aim of attracting players of all abilities, ages and levels of experience who are looking to improve their fitness through simple and social activity.

Musselburgh RFC will be running 2 sessions during the festival fortnight 2022 which are available for all to participate in. The primary focus of of these sessions is to get people enjoying touch rugby and have fun in a safe and welcoming environment.

The Tartan Touch session taking place on Monday 27th June will be a LGBTIQ+ Pride themed event with everyone coming encouraged to wear brightly coloured clothing to represent the Pride Rainbow Flags. We will also hold fundraising for local LGBTIQ+ groups/charities and would encourage anyone to come along!
