Glasgow Sunflowers Baseball Tournament

The Glasgow Sunflowers are a community baseball team for women, non-binary and all trans people formed in November 2022. On 17th June we’re hosting our first ever all-day baseball tournament at Tollcross Park with other local Scottish teams. Come along and join in the game play or get involved in our taster sessions of batting, throwing, and fielding with the kindest coaches about!

The Sunflowers are extremely proud of our strong LGBTQ+ identity and the supportive, inclusive, and fun community we are building. The tournament will be an opportunity for an amazing day of playing baseball in the sun in a no-pressured, welcoming environment. Plus when we’re not running the bases, they’ll be food and drinks to enjoy throughout the day (and hopefully a BBQ too).

New players are always welcome and attendance is free. We’d love to see you there!
