Outdoor Basketball Taster Session
Join the Rainbow Glasgaroos for a basketball taster session. The session is completely free and all equipment will be provided. We will do a warm up together, run some practice drills and then play some friendly games. We look forward to seeing you there!
Meet at Glasgow Club North Woodside where we will walk over to the courts behind Oakgrove Primary School. There is a fence required to climb (hopefully we should have the school opening the gate for us rather than climbing)
The Rainbow Glasgaroos is a queer basketball group for anyone of any skill, gender identity, or sexual orientation; we welcome all! We endeavour to foster a community and create a fun environment for LGBTQIA+ people to get fit, gain access to sport, learn new skills and socialise through basketball.
Open to LGBTIQ+ people aged 18+. Under 18s must bring a parent/guardian along if they wish to attend.
