LGBTIQ+ Introduction to Parkour Workshop
Rediscover the city and yourself with this free Introduction to Parkour Workshop for LGBTIQ+ adults as part of LEAP Festival Fortnight. Qualified coaches from Access Parkour will empower you to move safely and confidently through your environment in new ways and with fresh eyes.
As mixed ability training is a hallmark of parkour, there is no upper age limit or required fitness level to take part. Instead, expert coaches from Scotland’s largest parkour coaching organisation will help you find the level of challenge that’s right for you. We welcome participation from people who are disabled, D/deaf, chronically ill and neurodivergent. If you’d like more information or want to talk to Access Parkour in advance about any adjustments, our coaches are always happy to chat. Just email nina@accessparkour.com
Meet at Holyrood Parliament, on the corner of Horse Wynd, to the left of the main parliament visitor’s entrance, next to the block of regular bike rack. Open to LGBTIQ+ folks aged 16+.
