Bike Polo - Beginners Session

Come and try our friendly and inclusive sport. During this session we will start with the basic skills required for the sport before working our way up through some drills for individual and team play before hopefully rounding off the session with a couple of full games.

By the end of the session you will have not only developed some cycling skills that can be carried off the court and into the real world, but you may well have discovered your new favourite sport!

The session is completely free and equipment will be provided. Please bring along a helmet and gloves if you have them, and feel free to bring your own bike but we may ask you to ride one of ours if it’s more appropriate.

The only requirement we have is that participants have a basic ability to ride a bike, everything else we can learn on the day.
