Rowing Taster Session

As part of Festival Fortnight, Inverness Rowing Club is offering a taster session on the canal. The session will last 90 minutes and we will teach you the basic skills of rowing before giving you time to try it out for yourself. Sign up to enjoy some time on the Caledonian Canal in one of our stable training boats, coached through the basic skills of rowing by one of the coaches and volunteers at Inverness Rowing Club.
Event open to all 18 and over interested in trying out rowing.

Kit Required
What to wear Close fitting clothing, that you are comfortable moving in. You will be outside, so a light waterproof or hat may be a good choice for the weather. Buoyancy aids will be provided. What to bring: A spare change of clothes (in case you get wet during the session), a small towel, and a water bottle. If you use an inhaler or carry other medication you may need, please bring this with you.
