Rebel Tango taster class– part of RSNO’s ‘Big Music Weekend’

From 4-5pm: an hour-long introduction to the joys of dancing queer (open role) tango.
We teach everyone to lead and follow. Partners will be provided: you don’t need to bring one with you! And you don’t need any previous dancing experience. Tickets are FREE but please book your space in advance. Under-16s must be accompanied by an adult.

From 5-6pm: a chance to dance to live tango music (provided by a string quartet from RSNO). Tickets for this part of the day are £5, but we are able to offer subsidised tickets to any members of the LGBTQ+ community who would otherwise not be able to attend – email queertango@aktivix.org if this is the case for you.
