Uplifted Titans turns 2! Come and celebrate our birthday with us by supporting the official launch of the first Non Gendered Powerlifting Federation.
The powerlifting meet (competition) will involve three lifts, Deadlift, Bench & Squat. Competitors can sign up for all three or individual lifts. For non competitors there will be open sessions from 4pm, after the competition, to learn the lifts with experienced coaches.
As it is our birthday there will be lots of fun things for people to join in with, we will have a DJ, snacks, face painting, lifting, art work and T-shirts! This will be a fun event for both lifters and spectators.

Competition - sliding scale £35-45-50 and following opportunity to learn and try out the lifts afterwards is free.
