Rowing Taster Session

Inverness Rowing Club is offering a rowing taster session during Festival Fortnight. The 2-hour session will involve an introduction to rowing on the rowing machine, a demonstration of rowing on the water, and then around 45 minutes for participants to get on the water and try the sport. Participants should be 12 or over and able to swim 50m in light clothing.

Kit Required
Recommended clothing is sports kit. Close-fitting clothing helps as it does not restrict movement or get caught as you move. Encouraged that you bring a change of clothes in the event of inclement weather or capsize (highly unlikely)
