Largs Parkrun

Out and About in Ayrshire are getting together to take part in some upcoming park runs.

You don’t need to be a runner—walking, jogging, or just giving it a go for the first time is all welcome. We usually stick together, cheer each other on, and hang out for a chat and coffee afterwards.

No pressure, no expectations—just turn up, be yourself.
