Rugby Taster Session

Paisley Women’s Rugby are hosting a Rugby Taster Session for anyone interested in rugby, whether they’ve played for ages, keen to come back after a break or have never picked up a rugby ball!
Our event will be run as a training session, with lots of fun rugby drills to give an introduction to key rugby skills and finishing off with a game of touch.
The session is open anyone over the age of 18 and is inclusive of all genders.

Please wear whatever you feel comfortable in running around on grass pitches. Rugby/football boots (mouldies or studs) if you have them, but trainers are absolutely fine if not! We recommend bringing a bottle of water with you.
