It can be played as 1v1 or you join up with a team-mate for doubles.

    This 2 hour session of Yin Yoga and healing Sound Therapy and social interaction element is a great way to connect with like-minded individuals while relaxing and restoring the body and mind. The yoga poses and therapy bowls work together on specific areas of the body in a truly collaborative way. Peter Hess Sound Therapy and Yin yoga will give you a wonderfully relaxing and therapeutic session that will benefit the body, mind, and soul during this immersive experience. You will be guided though a 60 min yin yoga practice alongside the healing sounds of Peter Hess therapy bowls, followed by a 25 min Shavasana (Final relaxation pose) while being bathed in sounds of the gong. The final part of this session will offer attendees a safe space to connect while enjoying locally produced cake and refreshments. Open to LGBTIQ+ people aged 16+.
