LGBTQIA+ Fencing Open Day

We’re a friendly community fencing club that already has great representation from the LGBTIQ+ community. Fencing is a great sport where everyone can get involved together with none of the common barriers in sport that are put up between ages, genders and ability levels, everyone gets stuck in and has a great time together.
We’d like to welcome folks from the LGBTIQ+ community into fencing and we’re hosting this taster session as part of our LGBTIQ+ Fencing Scotland project funded by the National Lottery Community fund. If you can’t make this one, keep an eye out for other LGBTIQ+ events coming through the year!
Open to all genders aged 10+.

Fencing equipment will be provided by the club. Please wear flexible indoor sports clothes. Your legs must be covered, no shorts or skirts, leggings or tracksuit bottoms are ideal.
