Ultimate Frisbee - Come & Try Sessions

Ultimate Frisbee is a fast paced team sport. It combines elements of other sports like football and netball, except we use a flying disc. Teams compete by running, throwing, jumping, catching and diving to score points in an endzone.

Glasgow Ultimate is a local club which organises ultimate frisbee events and playing opportunities for all. We run competitive teams as well as beginner friendly sessions. Our summer training sessions are open to anyone who wants to come and give it a go!
